Role Overview
The Advisor Growth and Resource Director will develop and support Silver Advisors through strategic marketing guidance, accountability, training, and professional development while serving as an RFC ambassador and contributing to advisor growth, recruiting, and community engagement initiatives.
What You Will Do
Partner with Silver Advisors to create a marketing plan, track progress, and provide accountability and support. Develop relationships with leadership and senior Advisors to assist with the development of the new Advisor group. Assist with Advisor recruiting interviews and work with Director of Recruiting and Vice President of Advisor Development in Advisor hiring process.

Requirements
- College degree
- Proficiency in the use of computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proficiency in the use of office equipment (computer, voice messaging systems, fax, photo copier)
- Typing of at least 50 wpm
