Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, reconciliation, and process execution, with the ability to provide key insights that drive strategic decisions.

What You Will Do

Headcount reconciliation, operational expense analyses, capital expense analyses, journal entry posting. Execute and continuously improve recurring finance processes, including data validation, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Why It Might Be a Fit

3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, EPM or similar ERP.
