Role Overview

The Senior Staff Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, execution, and growth of MCU/MPU/Connectivity portfolio in a specific territory. They will translate complex technical specifications into value propositions that resonate with customers, adapting the global strategy to fit local market dynamics.

What You Will Do

The job functions include demand creation, design-wins, funnel management, opportunity, distribution management, customers, price positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) activities such as collateral customization, sales enablement, ecosystem development, and local 3rd party engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or related industries
• 5+ years in product marketing or product line management
• Experience in P&L management, Strategic Marketing, Technical Marketing, Business development, Applications, Supply chain management, Cost management, or related roles
• Understanding of microcontroller or microprocessor or connectivity applications in consumer, industrial, automotive and data center or communications infrastructure applications and systems
• Understanding of microcontroller architectures, connectivity technology, embedded software ecosystems, and semiconductor cost structures
