Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.
  • Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering.
  • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem.
  • Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
