Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with leaders across the organization. The role will help transform complex financial and operational data into meaningful business recommendations, disciplined forecasts, and actionable insights that influence business outcomes and advance growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.

What You Will Do

The Senior FP&A Analyst will support assigned elements of the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning. They will assist with the global consolidation and validation of forecasts, prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports, and develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation, with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
• Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
