Financial Analyst (Contract)

Role Overview

Reputation is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team on a remote contract basis. This role will support key financial planning and analysis activities across the business, including forecasting, budgeting, headcount tracking, and sales compensation analysis.

What You Will Do

Support financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking, analyze financial data and build financial models to support business decisions, prepare financial summaries, reports, and presentations for business partners and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights, and OfficeConnect
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience working with financial data, forecasting, and reporting
• SaaS experience preferred, but not required
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
