Role Overview

As an FP&A Analyst, you will own management reporting, help the Finance Director steer the company’s P&L and cash performance, and build processes and tools that can support Resilience’s growth, using AI and automation in practical ways.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day tasks will include producing monthly management reporting, tracking KPIs, building dashboards with the Finance Director, improving analytical accounting, reconciling accounting and management data, supporting budgeting and reforecasting, and monitoring workforce costs, headcount, cash, burn, and runway.

Requirements

  • Build financial models, complex formulas, and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets at an advanced level
  • Apply a solid understanding of accounting, the monthly close, and analytical accounting
  • Perform consistency checks, variance analysis, budgeting, and landing-scenario projections
  • Use AI or automation in practical ways to improve efficiency
  • Work in English at a professional B2 level or above
  • Rigour and strong attention to the consistency of financial data
  • The ability to synthesize complex information and make financial topics clear to non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset, identifying risks and proposing action rather than only reporting what happened
  • The confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively and move decisions forward
  • An interest in close teamwork and building new processes
  • Worked in management control or FP&A for three to four years
  • Gained experience in a company environment and/or audit or Transaction Services
  • Contributed to budgeting, reforecasting, and variance analysis
  • Owned or contributed to management reporting covering P&L, cash, and KPIs
  • Completed a Master’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or management control
