Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As the Enterprise Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key member of Resolve AI’s go-to-market team, responsible for telling the company’s story to enterprise customers worldwide. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and customers, translating complex technical capabilities into clear narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include defining and evolving Resolve AI’s positioning and messaging, supporting product launches, creating high-impact content, partnering with sales, and gathering insights from users and prospects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-driven products
• Exceptional storytelling ability, with a talent for turning technical depth into clear, compelling value propositions
• Ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to execute in a fast-moving environment
• Proven experience marketing to technical audiences such as engineers, SREs, developers, and engineering leadership
• A strong track record of ownership across launching products and executing successful go-to-market initiatives
• Deep customer empathy and a strong instinct for understanding real-world pain points
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and demand generation teams
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data, metrics, and research to inform decisions and measure impact
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and excitement about building foundational processes from scratch
• Genuine enthusiasm for Resolve AI’s mission and the opportunity to shape a category-defining company from the ground up
