Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager will build the sales function from scratch, defining how sellers get onboarded, trained, and equipped to connect with clients. The role requires a deep understanding of sales enablement, storytelling, and narrative selling, as well as experience with sales enablement and operations tooling. The manager will report to the VP of Sales Operations and GTM Strategy and will be responsible for designing and owning the full development path, including onboarding, training, and coaching.
What You Will Do
The Sales Enablement Manager will build a repeatable sales narrative framework, design and own the full development path, define what good looks like at each stage of the sales process, and own the standard for sales content. The manager will also drive rep-facing adoption of sales technology stack, define and report numbers that show whether any of it is working, and find solutions when it’s not.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a real point of view on what makes sellers better, be happy to write it down and then go prove it works in the field, and be comfortable in a roleplay session with a rep who’s struggling. The candidate should prioritize by revenue impact, follow through without being chased, and be comfortable being measured on whether any of it worked.
