Rethink First is a leading behavioral health technology company seeking a Senior Manager to lead enablement and growth initiatives, develop scalable programs, and support strategic opportunities. The role includes direct supervision of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or a related field
- Seven or more years of relevant experience in enablement, sales support, customer success, marketing, business operations, or another related go-to-market function
- Prior people management experience, including supervision of SDRs or similar business development roles, preferred
