Role Overview
We are looking for someone to own hiring and people operations at REVEL, a fast-growing AI robotics company. The role involves building processes and frameworks, running them yourself, and owning the people side of the company.
What You Will Do
Hiring, building processes, sourcing candidates, maintaining salary ranges, preparing and negotiating offers, career frameworks, onboarding and offboarding, contracts and compliance, HR systems, feedback and employee relations, performance and growth.
Why It Might Be a Fit
7+ years in People Operations, HR or talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting experience, working knowledge of Czech labour law, experience building people processes from scratch, comfortable with numbers, autonomous, discretion and sound judgement, team player.
