Life Science Solution Marketing Manager (Maternity cover)

Role Overview

The Solutions Marketing Manager will develop and execute annual marketing plans focused on key customer segments, applications, and scientific workflows. This individual will partner closely with Product Management, Commercial teams, Regional Marketing, and Marketing Centers of Excellence to create solution-based positioning, campaigns, content strategies, and demand generation programs that highlight the value of Revvity’s end-to-end capabilities.

Develop and execute solution marketing strategies, build a deep understanding of customer personas, create differentiated solution positioning, lead integrated marketing planning, and analyze campaign performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience within Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industries
• Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline preferred
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans, solution-based campaigns, content strategies, and demand generation programs
• Strong understanding of customer workflows, market dynamics, and the ability to translate technical information into compelling value propositions
• Experience building integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channels
• Proven ability to develop content strategies aligned to the customer journey, marketing funnel, and commercial objectives
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, interpreting data, and optimizing programs based on insights and KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence and engage audiences across all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinker with strong project management skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
