Role Overview
As a CRM Developer/Manager, you will be the technological trailblazer for our modern sales processes and design future-proof software solutions based on modern Microsoft technologies.
What You Will Do
Administer and develop our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including security roles, solution, and environment management, as well as DLP policies, independently further develop and automate CRM solutions, and analyze professional requirements from departments and translate them into sustainable, scalable CRM solutions.

Requirements
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable career path
- Several years of practical experience in developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Funded developer knowledge in JavaScript, Client API, Web API, as well as practical experience with Dataverse, Solution, and Environment Management
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex professional requirements into efficient software solutions independently
- Very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- High self-initiative, communication strength, secure appearance, and a structured and solution-oriented work style in the team
