The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue growth through lead generation, account research, targeted outreach, client engagement, and sales support.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of inside sales, business development, recruiting, sales support, or account management
- Strong communication skills
- Professional phone presence
- Confidence to engage prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to research accounts, identify business insights, and translate information into actionable sales opportunities
- Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, data accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities in a high volume environment
- Comfort using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and sales enablement resources
