Role Overview

Support business growth and profitability through effective management of agency, RHB Group, and direct business portfolios. Play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening agency networks, and driving strategic marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

Support marketing strategies, manage agency portfolios, collaborate with underwriters, drive agency recruitment, and maintain strong engagement with agents and business partners.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia

• Good contact network and relationship-building capabilities
