People Operations Shared Services Specialist

Role Overview

The People Operations Shared Services Specialist is part of the central People & Culture team, building and living an experience-driven and value-adding HR and people management work. The role involves administrative support for the Employee Lifecycle, including creating contract offers, onboarding documents, and employment contracts.

What You Will Do

The main tasks of the role include administrative support for the Employee Lifecycle, job posting in the recruitment management system, managing access permissions, evaluating employee data, and ensuring 100% data quality.

The ideal candidate will have a completed education in the commercial field or in the hospitality industry, at least 1-2 years of work experience in the service sector, and knowledge of labor law or the willingness to expand their knowledge in this area.

Requirements

• A completed education in the commercial field or in the hospitality industry
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in the service sector
• Ideally, knowledge of labor law or the willingness to expand your knowledge in this area
• A trustworthy, communicative personality with a maker mentality and joy in sustainably designing and building processes
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking as well as very good English language skills
• Good MS-Office skills; experience with HR information systems is a plus
• Organizational talent with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-initiative and the willingness to make occasional business trips within the DACH region
