English speaking AI Marketing Lead (m/f) | Automation, MarTech & Workflow Integration

Role Overview

The AI Marketing Lead will activate AI across the MarTech stack, build workflows that remove manual effort from recurring activities, and connect every improvement to a measurable commercial outcome.

What You Will Do

The role has clear ownership, sitting in a growing global AI-team with direct access to marketing leadership, and real commercial accountability. You will work with modern AI and MarTech ecosystems, build automations and integrations, and establish performance baselines to track the impact of every AI initiative.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in AI, business systems, marketing technology or AI-adjacent role
• Proven track record of connecting technology or AI initiatives to measurable outcomes
• Workflow orchestration experience with low-code or no-code orchestration tools
• Scripting and integration experience with Python, JavaScript, or equivalent
• Strong, practical prompting skills for consistent, on-brand outputs across marketing use cases
• Data interpretation and performance reporting skills with GA4, Search Console, and CRM data
• Commercial mindset with ability to connect every AI initiative to a measurable outcome
• Collaborative nature with ability to work closely with the global marketing team and AI Engineering community
• Clear communication skills with ability to explain AI workflows to non-technical stakeholders
