Finance Operations Controller

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Controller will join the Richemont Finance team in Dubai, partnering closely with our Maisons to support strong financial controls and operational excellence across their retail operations.

What You Will Do

Act as a key Finance Operations partner to Maisons, providing guidance on compliance, controls and day-to-day boutique operations. Perform internal control reviews, compliance assessments and boutique audits, following up on identified actions.

• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience within retail, luxury or a multi-brand environment would be advantageous
• Comfortable supporting cross-functional projects and operational change
