Role Overview
We’re seeking freelance Ad Operations Specialists to own tracking infrastructure and technical execution for clients across paid search, social, display, and OTT.

Own ad ops execution across paid search, social, display, and OTT, including pixel configuration, server-side tracking, event passback, and targeting parameter setup.

Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on ad operations experience across paid search, social, display, and OTT, including event passback and pixel implementation.
- 4+ years governing enterprise ESPs or CDPs, including data inflows/outflows and data hygiene.
- Fluent in SQL, comfortable querying, transforming, and modeling complex datasets.
- Working knowledge of deliverability best practices and compliance frameworks (CAN-SPAM, domain/IP reputation).
- Strong, hands-on familiarity with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and URL parameterization.
- Deep experience at either a startup or a larger, more established organization — comfortable moving fast with limited process, or operating within a mature governance structure.
