Web Operations and Content Management Consultant (Contentful)

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a detail-obsessed operator who is already fluent in Contentful and can start contributing from day one. You will partner closely with marketing, legal and compliance, product, and engineering teams, and you will be comfortable working through a steady queue of requests with shifting priorities.

What You Will Do

Build, update, and publish website content and pages in Contentful, including copy, disclosures, rates, product information, and creative assets. QA every change before and after publishing to ensure accuracy, formatting, working links, and correct content relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing or publishing website content in an in-house or similarly fast-paced environment, at the Manager to Senior Manager level
• strong, hands-on Contentful experience and can work independently in the platform from day one, without a ramp-up period
• excellent attention to detail and QA discipline, particularly when working with regulated or customer-facing content
• comfortable managing a high volume of detailed and repetitive content updates through a ticket-based queue
• able to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities independently
• clear communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and engineering
