Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for budget execution and monitoring, financial analysis and reporting, funds management, data management and systems support, audit and compliance support, stakeholder coordination, and ad hoc financial support.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will track obligations and expenditures against approved budgets, prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, conduct variance analysis, develop dashboards and visualizations, and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal financial management, budgeting or accounting
- Experience supporting government contracts and financial systems
- Knowledge of federal budgeting processes and fiscal law
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g. Delphi (Oracle), PRISM)
- Advanced Excel-based tracking tools, Access Database
- Understanding of contract funding and invoice validation processes
