Contribute to the development and execution of RippleX’s Capital Markets strategy, build and nurture strategic partnerships, identify and pursue new business development opportunities, lead complex deal negotiations, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in capital markets, with substantial traditional finance background at investment banks, trading firms, asset managers, or market infrastructure providers
• Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and their applications in institutional finance
• Proven track record of success in developing first-of-a-kind partnerships and closing complex deals within the financial services sector
• Established network of contacts within capital markets, including senior executives at financial institutions and influential industry partners
• Strong business development and deal-making skills, with experience managing the entire partner lifecycle from market strategy development and pipeline management to deal closure and implementation
