As Rippling’s Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll design and execute programs that move prospects seamlessly through every stage of the journey, focusing on lifecycle marketing to improve activation, retention, and customer LTV. You’ll work with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive conversion, product adoption, and long-term engagement. This role sits at the center of everything, including marketing automation, sales orchestration, product signals, and data infrastructure.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or demand marketing roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of using lifecycle marketing to improve activation, retention, and customer LTV.
- Fluency in Salesforce data model: campaign members, lead/contact records, MQL routing logic
- Experience with marketing automation/ email marketing software (Iterable) specifically building multi-step nurture campaigns.
- Strong project management instincts
- Analytical enough to write SQL or Snowflake queries
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of sales and marketing
- Experience with Outreach or similar sales sequencing tools is a plus
