Inside Sales Analyst

Role Overview

Support day-to-day inside sales activities, bring analytical thinking, and process ownership to the team. This role is primarily focused on inside sales with added responsibility for reporting, CRM discipline, process improvement, and automation.

What You Will Do

Manage inbound leads, lead qualification, follow-up, and handoff to the right sales owners, support inside sales activities, gather project and customer information, maintain accurate data in Salesforce, and create reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Sales Operations, Business Development, or a similar commercial role
• Prior inside sales experience in a fast-paced B2B environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to work
• Good analytical skills and comfort working with reports, data, and sales metrics
• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Interest in automation, AI tools, and process improvement
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
