Role Overview
The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will strengthen the Revenue organisation by ensuring efficient, transparent, and data-driven revenue processes. They will bring structure to the CRM and tooling landscape, deliver accurate numbers, and help grow the business faster and smarter.
What You Will Do
The role involves owning and improving revenue operations processes, managing the CRM system, building and maintaining dashboards, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to align processes and goals.

Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Operations or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Hubspot, including configuration, automation and data management
- Confident working with data: you know your way around dashboards, spreadsheets and reporting tools (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets)
- Strong analytical and structured way of working, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) around shared goals and processes
- Good understanding of the full revenue funnel and common SaaS metrics (pipeline, forecast, churn, NRR, etc.)
- A proactive, hands-on mentality paired with strong communication skills
- Very good English and German skills
