Role Overview

The Data Analyst will work across departments to develop actionable reports and dashboards, strengthen data accuracy, and help leaders make data-informed decisions. The role involves transforming data into insights, building meaningful reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support organizational priorities. They will also build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports, communicate findings to stakeholders, and promote data quality across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health or a related field required; Master degree preferred.
  • Three to Five (3-5) years’ experience in healthcare operations or a related field preferred.
  • Experience querying relational databases.
