Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager drives the articulation, positioning, and adoption of Rivet’s solutions for customers. This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial, and customer success—translating Rivet’s technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that unlock new business and expand existing programs.
What You Will Do
Develop and refine solution positioning, messaging, and narratives to align Rivet’s core offerings to customer needs, design and execute growth- and adoption-focused campaigns, and build and operationalize GTM playbooks in partnership with industry and technology partners.

Requirements
- 4+ years in solutions marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles for advanced technologies in startup or new product environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate modular capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value propositions
- Experience building and executing successful GTM campaigns and product launches for military or industrial hardware and software
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience creating customer-facing content, narratives, and product demos
- Desire to be hands-on creating and shipping, not just doing ‘strategy’ or outsourcing critical thought leadership
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives from concept to execution
- Willingness to travel up to ~25% as needed to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams
