The Country Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing Robeco’s marketing strategy in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on driving brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in channel marketing
- In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the asset management industry
- Strong strategic planning abilities combined with analytical skills to measure and assess marketing performance
- Experience in managing country specific marketing responsibilities within a global team structure
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, and effectively engage with colleagues across different functions and regions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
