Role Overview

The Business Performance Improvement – People & Change AI People Enablement Manager will partner with clients to help them redesign work for an AI-enabled future, bridging technology delivery and workforce adoption. The role involves developing strategies to solve complex business problems, devising solutions to support client needs, and fostering lasting relationships with client personnel.

What You Will Do

The Manager will develop lasting relationships with client personnel, provide performance development to Consultants and Senior Consultants, and oversee the successful completion of project work plans. The role also involves mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, and coordination across teams.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years working in workforce transformation, organization design, operating model design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, or management consulting
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives involving process, workforce, or operating model redesign
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and executive discussions
• Familiarity with tools such as OrgVue, Celonis, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Agentforce, or other AI-enabled work platforms
• Consulting experience with Fortune 1000 organizations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
