Product Designer, Marketing Systems

Role Overview

As a Product Designer on Marketing Systems, you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. You’ll be an individual contributor dedicated to optimizing and expanding Roblox’s web presence.

What You Will Do

You will audit, research, strategize, and lead design for our web platforms and company websites, partner with the design systems and brand teams to ensure visual consistency across Roblox’s web presence, create intuitive, functional, and visually polished designs for web and mobile experiences, and work with PMs, engineers, and other team members to bring designs to life.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web design, UX, product design, or a related field
• Expertise in web and mobile design, with a strong understanding of design systems, branding, and visual language
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including PMs, engineers, and brand designers
• A deep understanding of the full design process, from ideation to execution, including design sprints, UX research, and iteration based on user feedback and metrics
• A portfolio that demonstrates beautiful, functional, user-friendly web and mobile experiences, with a focus on consistency, usability, and flow
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• A proactive attitude and a passion for staying current with design trends and best practices

• Annual Salary Range: $176,940—$214,710 USD
