Role Overview
The Business Systems Analyst role within the Compensation and Data Excellence Team plans and directs the analysis of complex business problems related to incentive compensation, territory alignment, and sales crediting. In this role, you will provide consultation and technical assistance to help identify and evaluate data-driven solutions using various systems, tools, and procedures that meet user requirements.
What You Will Do
Designs, analyzes, implements, and maintains territory alignment, owns quota setting process/tools & compensation reporting for the teams they support, and consults with senior leaders to provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 years of analytical experience
- Comprehensive computer skills including SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and advanced MS Excel utilization
- Experience presenting information to diverse audiences including senior leadership
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities
- Demonstrated business administration and process knowledge including impact and effect on business performance
- Proven track record of using technical skills to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve data quality
