The Customer Solutions Engineer a highly skilled Mainframe Modernization Senior Consultant to provide technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to support our Customers’ Digital Transformation.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant technical experience
- Excellent communication / customer service skills / confident telephone manner
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Experience in complex IT project implementations, customizations and or maintenance
- Must have an analytical mind set to analyse test result and facilitate defect resolution
- Organized and methodical, dealing with numerous tasks
- Fluent in written and verbal English
