Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a global team working in a hybrid model with an office in Mexico City. You will support the Anaplan ICM system, standardized global processes, and data integration accuracy. Your responsibilities will include working with large amounts of data, defining and improving processes, and ensuring data accuracy within Anaplan.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working with large amounts of data, defining and improving processes for Anaplan data reconciliations, and ensuring data accuracy within Anaplan for sales incentive pay and employee SIP reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a technical discipline
- Fluency in English
- 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge in updating/supporting Microsoft Access database queries (e.g. SQL), Power BI reports, power query, power apps and other Microsoft related tools
- Experience with an ERP System, Product Management and CRM Software
- Familiarity or background in working with SAP, Anaplan and PBI tools
