Customer Success Manager – Renewals

Role Overview

As a Renewal Specialist, you will support the renewal execution of customer contracts and subscriptions, partnering with Customer Success Managers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate renewals across the portfolio.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include supporting renewal execution, coordinating with distributors, ensuring renewal documentation is prepared, tracking renewal status, and supporting low-touch and distributor-led contract motions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• US Applicants – Legal authorization to work in USA
• The ability to travel 10-20% of the time
