Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent English proficiency and fluency
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience developing requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile/product management tools
- Knowledge with customer journey mapping and UX requirements
- Knowledge supporting large enterprise transformation programs
- Knowledge of privacy, identity, and security requirements
- Exposure to AI/ML applications within cybersecurity or digital identity
- Proficient in Microsoft Copilot and AI assisted productivity tools
