Data Engineer

Role Overview

As a Data Engineer – Data Analytics & Insights (DA&I), you will design scalable data management solutions that power applicable analytics and decision intelligence across Rockwell Automation. You will report to the Manager – DA&I and work in a hybrid capacity from our Pune, India office. You will collaborate with technical leads, analysts, architects, and product owners to shape the future of data-driven innovation across the enterprise.

What You Will Do

Design, code, and test new data management solutions, including data acquisition, integration, and transformation pipelines using Microsoft Azure PaaS tools and DevOps methodologies. Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and team members to define requirements, write high-quality code, and support application enhancements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in the full systems development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in data management technologies such as Azure ADF, ADLS, SQL, Databricks, SAP Data Services, and tabular models.
