Role Overview
Join our Sales team in Romania as our new Area Sales Manager, responsible for Prahova, Dambovita and Buzau regions. You’ll be part of a 6-person team, responsible for sales activities in Southern Romania.
What You Will Do
Planning and organizing all sales activities through distribution for the area allocated for the company’s portfolio products, maintaining and extending distribution network, negotiating sales contracts with distributors, providing regular service, technical and commercial support to distributors.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in sales in construction materials business
- Very good knowledge of the construction market
- Experience working with sales specific CRM
- Negotiation skills
- Advanced prioritization and planning skills
- Very good communication skills
- Team player mindset
- Romanian and English fluency
- Driver’s License
