Finance Operations Specialist – Financial Data & Application Support

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Specialist- Financial Data & Application Support ensures high-quality Factory Standard Margin data, reliable operational support, and stable reporting processes within Group Reporting environments.

What You Will Do

This role focuses on Factory Standard Margin data validation, operational support, and continuous improvement of reporting capabilities. In addition to first-level support during month-end closing, the position manages service requests, user acceptance tests, and knowledge enablement activities.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or IT-related field
• +2 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of financial systems, reporting, controlling-related processes and Factory Standard Margin calculations
• Fluent English skills
• German language skills
• Very good understanding of data structures, interfaces, system logic and financial relationships
• Experience with Oracle HFM, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud or equivalent enterprise reporting platforms
• Experience in finance operations or shared service environments is an advantage
• Practical exposure to Group Reporting, closing processes, and master data validation
