Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing complex projects, developing client relationships, and shaping future brand success. They will also lead and mentor interns, and coordinate design teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing, 2+ years of experience in marketing, and advanced brand management knowledge.
What You Will Do
The Brand Manager will develop existing customer relationships, plan and control projects, prepare and execute client workshops, and initiate new projects. They will also lead and conduct client workshops, and use MS Office applications.

Requirements
- Successfully completed degree with a focus on marketing
- Ideally 2+ years of professional experience in marketing within the consumer goods industry or at an agency
- Advanced brand management knowledge and experience in leading complex projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a high level of personal responsibility
- Innovative mindset and a strong instinct for trends and consumers
- Strong presentation skills; initial experience in leading and conducting client workshops is an advantage
- Enjoyment of teamwork and working in a matrix, cross-functional environment
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- Very good German language skills
