People Operations & Mobility Specialist

Role Overview

Rondo is looking for a People Operations Specialist to run the day-to-day engine of their global People function. The role will own international employee lifecycle operations, global mobility, and their platform for EOR employees and contractors.

What You Will Do

The role includes owning end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, maintaining accurate HRIS data, drafting and updating People policies, coordinating benefits enrollment, and partnering with Finance on payroll inputs and audit requests.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of People Operations or HR generalist experience, including at least 2 years supporting employees outside the U.S., and hands-on experience administering EOR employees and contractors.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of People Operations or HR generalist experience
• Hands-on experience administering EOR employees and contractors
• Direct experience managing U.S. immigration cases with outside counsel
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment compliance (I-9, FLSA, leave laws) and how requirements differ internationally
• Strong HRIS skills and comfort with data
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential employee information
• Clear written and verbal communication with employees, managers, vendors and counsel across time zones
• Comfort working independently in a lean, fast-moving team
