Role Overview

The Senior Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing efforts for the UK, Ireland, and BeNeLux regions, reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing. The role involves building and executing marketing strategies, managing a budget, and collaborating with sales and SDRs.

The Senior Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing marketing plans, running full-funnel campaigns, and managing a budget. The role also involves collaborating with sales and SDRs, building co-marketing with partners, and creating content that builds credibility in the market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Experience building multi-market go-to-market plans
• Strong background in marketing analytics, experimentation, attribution, and campaign optimization
• Hands-on experience managing a marketing budget and articulating ROI in commercial terms
• Close collaboration with Sales and SDRs, defining MQL criteria and building handover processes that convert
• Regular use of AI tools in day-to-day marketing work
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across regions and with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-moving, complex environment with a high level of ownership
• Strategic thinking paired with a willingness to constantly test and learn
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region
• Fluent in English (C2 proficiency)
