People Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The People Operations Analyst will ensure accurate employee and personal data in various payroll systems, including ADP WorkForce Now and ADP Celergo. The role will involve data quality management, payroll data entry, and auditing to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.

What You Will Do

The Analyst will enter employment and personal data information into payroll systems, complete data imports for mass changes, resolve data discrepancies, and complete weekly and monthly audits between HCM and Payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 HR shared services, advanced proficiency with Excel, and experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Workday.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Tier 1/Tier 2 HR shared services
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in payroll or HRIS data management
• Advanced proficiency with Excel
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Workday (specifically Core HCM)
• Experience using a formal ticketing/case management system to manage high-volume inquiries
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Fluency in English required
• Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
• Deeply curious about problem solving, finding solutions, and challenging status quo when appropriate
