Role Overview
AAB London is looking for a seasoned Finance Lead to join their exclusive team of FinOps Lead Contractors. The role involves working with startups and scaleups, delivering impactful finance solutions, and leading small finance teams.
What You Will Do
As a FinOps Lead Contractor, you’ll be responsible for leading small finance teams, providing technical mentorship, and ensuring delivery of key projects. You’ll also be responsible for managing finance operations, implementing controls, and building scenario-based financial models.

Requirements
- 5+ years in Finance, with experience in a senior finance role within a tech or e-commerce startup or scaleup
- Finance credentials such as ACA or CIMA ideally
- Strong understanding of effective finance operations in smaller startups or scaleups
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities
- Experience beyond finance, with familiarity with cloud-based financial platforms and tools like Xero and Dext
