Designation : Manager – Revenue Operations & Credit Control
1. Manage Revenue Operations, Credit Control and Collections.
2. Monitor sales, revenue, collection and receivables performance.
3. Manage CRM and ensure accurate and timely data.
4. Track credit limits, ageing, outstanding payments and defaulters.
5. Drive collections and overdue payment recovery with Sales teams.
6. Manage credit notes, returns, discounts and reconciliations.
7. Ensure compliance with commercial and credit policies.
8. Prepare MIS, dashboards, projections and management reports.
9. Lead and support the State Revenue Operations SPOC team.
10. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Finance, Dispatch and CRM/IT teams.
11. Identify process gaps and implement process improvements and automation.
12. Provide management with revenue, collection and commercial insights.
Experience: 7–12 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Credit Control or Collections.
Skills: Advanced Excel, CRM/ERP, data analysis, collections, credit management, reconciliation and team management.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
