Role Overview
The Audiences and Commercial department drives income, grows and diversifies audiences, and promotes the Royal Ballet and Opera’s work across multiple platforms. The Marketing team plays a key role in delivering campaigns that build brand engagement and maximise revenue.
What You Will Do
The Email Marketing Manager will lead CRM activity, delivering targeted, data-led campaigns that enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer marketing roles
- Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle management
- Experience delivering automated and personalised email campaigns
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management capability
- Knowledge of data protection and GDPR requirements
- Experience working with CRM and Customer Data platforms (Prospect2 and Tessitura Segmentation Sets and List Manager highly desirable)
Benefits
- Salary: £35,000-£40,800 per annum
- Full-Time 40 hours per week
