Customer Service Account Manager

Role Overview

The Customer Service Account Manager will coordinate production of printed materials for the company’s customers, maintain positive customer relations, and provide quality review for other Print Production Specialists. The role requires excellent knowledge of the functional area(s) related to the job and the ability to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives. The manager will engage customers throughout production, confer with manufacturing operations, and ensure the final product meets customer requirements and company standards.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include engaging customers to gather job requirements, translating customer requirements into detailed manufacturing/kitting instructions, providing quality review for other Print Production Specialists, ensuring job instructions are entered and verified in manufacturing systems, and coordinating production of components with other internal plants and/or external vendors.

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment
• Excellent knowledge of the functional area(s) related to the job
• Ability to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives
• Advanced knowledge of technology, including computers and software programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
