Analyst, FP&A (ONSITE)

Role Overview

Selected candidates will participate in the Cedar Rapids Accounting and Finance Rotation Program, providing early career talent with a variety of work experiences within the Cedar Rapids Finance team. The program aims to provide opportunities for professional development, mentoring, and networking.

What You Will Do

Participates in financial planning, including analysis of cost reduction strategies, earned value management, and all general and administrative accounting and budget processes. Review the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to contribute to forecasts of short, medium, and long-term cash flow position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math or related major obtained by start date.
