Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for consolidating data from the ELCAN Mission Areas to support various monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements. The role will work in collaboration with other finance functions and various business functions to ensure accurate and timely information is incorporated in all forecasts.
What You Will Do
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis preferably in a manufacturing or defense environment.
- Working knowledge of computerized financial ERP applications, advanced excel, experience in manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
