Finance Business Partner – FP&A

Role Overview

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial modeling and reporting, analyzing budget vs. actual performance, and supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis team with financial insights that inform effective decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with departmental leaders to prepare annual budgets and forecasts, analyze budget vs. actual results, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and present findings to senior management to support strategic planning and business performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or accounting
• Experience with SAP (ERP) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) required
• Experience with Power BI preferred
• Waste industry knowledge preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting required (Economics considered)
• Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred
