Senior Salesforce Developer – Agentforce and AI

Role Overview

Senior Salesforce Developer with experience in Agentforce, AI, and Service/Marketing Cloud. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI agents, integrating external AI models, and developing customizations and automations in Service and Marketing Cloud.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and implement AI agents with Agentforce, develop and integrate external AI models, develop customizations and automations in Service Cloud, build and evolve journeys and automations in Marketing Cloud, and develop integrations between Salesforce and legacy or third-party systems.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a senior Salesforce developer (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows)
• Practical experience with Agentforce: creation and configuration of agents, topics, actions, prompt templates (Prompt Builder) and Einstein Trust Layer
• Knowledge of other AI generative solutions and integration with external LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI) via APIs or Einstein Model Builder
• Experience with Service Cloud: Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console and digital channels
• Experience with Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript/SSJS, Contact Builder and Data Extensions
• Integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and MuleSoft (desired)
• Knowledge of Data Cloud (desired)
• Good development practices, versioning (Git) and CI/CD (Salesforce DX, Copado or similar)
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g. Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer)
